HCC: Healthy Lunchbox Event Round Up

First and foremost a big apology to everyone for being so late in posting this round up. As you might be aware, I was away on a vacation and hence the delay. But inspite of the delay I couldn't help but smile when I saw the timing of this post. Today Aarul starts his play school officially, since till now he was going to summer camp only. And that too after a vacation, so I had unconsciously got thinking about what to pack in his lunchbox. So great for me to have so many healthy options at one go.

Thanks to all of you for your participation and sharing such great recipes. I'm sure many will get inspired with these. And thanks to Smita for giving me an opportunity to host this event.

Richa of Hobby And More(Breads, Indian, Vegan Recipes) shares a healthy sandwich, which is not just tasty and healthy, but great for packing in lunchbox too!
